Our Approach

 We offer a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you’re carrying—without judgment or pressure. Whether you’re navigating grief, chronic illness, ADHD, caregiver stress, or life transitions, our work together moves at your pace and is guided by what feels most important to you.

At the heart of this work is a person-centred approach. This means you are the expert in your own life. Your experiences, your story, and your goals shape the direction of our time together, while I offer support, gentle guidance, and tools along the way.

  • ADHD, overwhelm, and emotional regulation
  • Caregiver stress, including parenting and professional caregiving roles

How We Will Work Together

 There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we draw on a range of supportive practices to meet your needs, including elements of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and body-based (somatic) approaches.


This might look like:

  • Exploring thought patterns and finding new ways to respond to them
  • Learning simple tools to feel more grounded and present
  • Gently reconnecting with your body and how it holds stress and emotion
  • Using reflective or creative practices to process your experiences


These approaches are woven together in a way that feels natural and supportive—helping you better understand yourself, build practical tools, and feel more steady and connected in your everyday life.

At its core, this work is about creating space—for healing, for insight, and for growth. A space where you can show up as you are and begin to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
