Join our prenatal class and feel confident and prepared for birth and the early days with your newborn. In a supportive, welcoming environment, you’ll learn practical skills, evidence-based guidance, and ways to care for yourself and your baby.

- 10 hours total, spread over 4 weeks
- Partners and support people are welcome
- Small class size: max 6 couples
Investment: $280 per couple
